(ROCKLIN,CA)  After not being able to count in last year's Cal Pac Conference team finish due to the fact they were a new NAIA  program, the UC Merced men's cross country team set a goal to prove they would be a force in this year's cross country season.  Well mission accomplished, as UC Merced put on a great performance in their first year of team eligibility by finishing second at the Cal Pac Conference Championships hosted by William Jessup University.
